Seminar qualitative research in health and evidence based medicine

The professor Rosario Rodríguez Moya, of the McGill University de Montreal (Canadá), taughts the seminar Qualitative health research and evidence based medicine: two irreconcilable worlds? All within the training activities and seminars that make up the Doctoral Program in Public Health, Medical and Surgical Sciences carried out by the Faculty of Medicine of the University Miguel Hernández of Elche (Spain) (UMH). The event will take place on Wednesday July 22 at 5:00 pm. in the Salón de Actos of Severo Ochoa building of the campus of Sant Joan d’Alacant (Spain).

What does Rosario Rodríguez Moya say about evidence based medicine?

Already she teaches since June of 2003 in the Area of Services and Policy of the Department of Health of Family Medicine of the McGill University in the city of Montreal. In addition, she has served as a Director of the Master of Family Medicine Program of the Canadian University (2006-2010) and, today, directs the Research Group of Education in Family Medicine (called “The McGill Family Medicine Educational Research Group, FMER”).
Her research and projects are structured in 2 important areas of knowledge:

  • interpretive critical studies in health organizations
  • medical education
